- customers may leave books with us for valuation.
- we will post books when our customers are unable to carry them home.
- if necessary, we will help our customers search for a particular book. we use a "wishing list", where we note down our customers' requests. if successful in locating the book, we will ring to offer it.
- we do not at present offer credit or debit card facilities.
